Order Processing and Cancellation:
• We aim to begin processing your order promptly to ensure swift delivery. Please get in touch with our customer support team immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Orders can be canceled before processing begins.
• For printed products, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Non-printed products can be canceled before shipment.

Return and Replacement:
• If the product you receive differs from what you ordered or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement service.
• Returns are accepted within ten days of delivery in critical cases such as product discrepancy, defects, or if the product is used or missing.
• If you have not used the product and wish to return it for any reason, you, the customer, will bear the return shipping cost.
Refund Process:
• Refunds will be processed promptly upon cancellation or approval of return requests
• If upon inspection, you find that the materials do not match your order, please return the stock to our facility. We will cover any associated shipping charges.
• In the event of a manufacturing defect, if you prefer a refund over a replacement, we will promptly process it within 5-7 working days to your respective bank account
