Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy – Millennium World

At Millennium World, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our return, replacement, and cancellation procedures.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • For wrong item or damaged product, the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo/video proof.
  • Refund is applicable only on product value, not on shipping or transport charges.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return / Replacement

Customers may request a return or replacement for the following reasons:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product does not match the website description
  • Wrong item, size, colour, or quantity received
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Incorrect item sent by Millennium World

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or replaced:

  • Custom-printed, personalised, or made-to-order products
  • Items clearly marked non-returnable
  • Products that are used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items with missing packaging, tags, labels, box, or accessories
  • Combo sets where only one part is returned
  • Return request raised after 7 days

4. Replacement Policy

A. If Millennium World Sent the Wrong Product (Our Mistake)

If the customer receives an incorrect product:

  • We will arrange a free replacement.
  • All replacement shipping charges will be borne by Millennium World.
  • Pickup of the wrong item will be arranged if required.
  • Customer must report the issue within 48 hours with photos or opening video.

B. If Customer Ordered the Wrong Product (Customer Mistake)

If the customer ordered the wrong size, product, or quantity:

  • Replacement is possible.
  • Both return and re-delivery shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

5. Return / Replacement Requirements

To process a return or replacement smoothly:

Mandatory Proof

  • Unboxing video for empty-package or quantity issues
  • Clear photos of:
    • Outer box (all sides)
    • Inside packaging
    • Damaged/wrong product
    • Shipping label
  • Video proof is highly recommended for faster approval.

Product Condition

  • Must be in unused, unopened, and original condition
  • All original packaging, labels, accessories, and documents must remain intact

6. Return Pickup & Self-Return

  • If your location supports pickup, a courier pickup will be arranged.
  • The product must be repacked and labelled before handing it to the courier.
  • If pickup is not available in your area, customers must self-return the product.
  • Self-return must be done within 30 days of receiving the approval email.

7. Cancellation Policy (Updated)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order only if the order has not been dispatched.
  • After 4 hours or once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Custom-printed & made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once processing starts.
  • Prepaid order cancellations approved within the 4-hour window will receive a full refund of product value.

8. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product reaches our facility and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days via NEFT/UPI to the bank account provided by the customer.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

9. Important Notes

  • Refund applies only to product value.
  • Claims without proper proof or raised after the allowed timeframe may be rejected.
  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse or poor packaging during return transit will not be approved.
