Terms and Conditions – Millennium World

1. General Information

• All products listed on www.millenniumworld.in are manufactured, packed, or sourced by Millennium World, Chennai.
• Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
• Millennium World reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any order, offer, or policy at its discretion without prior notice.
• All orders are accepted subject to these terms only.

2. Product Descriptions

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual colors, textures, or print alignment may vary slightly.
• All measurements, weights, and capacities are approximate and meant for guidance.
• All items are made from food-grade, recyclable, or biodegradable materials, as mentioned in the respective product descriptions.
• Custom printing color variations may occur due to material texture, ink batch, or screen calibration differences.

3. Custom Printed Orders

• Custom printing will begin only after design approval via email, WhatsApp, or written confirmation from the customer.
• Once the design is approved, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• All custom printed orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Millennium World will not be liable for spelling errors, design mistakes, or low-resolution artwork provided by the customer after approval.
• Minor variations in color tone, alignment, or logo placement are considered normal industry tolerances.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders for plain/unprinted products can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
• No cancellation requests will be accepted after 6 hours as material allocation and packing begin immediately.
• A 2.5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the invoice value for eligible cancellations.
• Orders for custom printed items cannot be cancelled once the artwork is approved and production has started.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Order Processing and Dispatch

• Once your order is confirmed, Millennium World will allocate materials, pack the products, and prepare them for dispatch.
• Orders are transported from our own warehouse to the main dispatch warehouse before being handed over to the respective transport service.
• Estimated delivery time depends on order type and location.

6. Transportation and Delivery Responsibility

• Millennium World arranges the transportation of all orders on behalf of buyers.
• We coordinate with transport partners such as VRL Logistics, Navata Road Transport, and other verified logistics companies for dispatch.
• While Millennium World arranges and manages the transportation process, we take full responsibility for ensuring that your goods are safely dispatched and tracked until they reach the designated transport branch nearest to you.
• The buyer is responsible for collecting the goods from the nearest transport branch unless door delivery is specifically mentioned in writing.
• Millennium World will not be liable for delays caused by third-party transporters, natural calamities, strikes, or unavoidable circumstances, but we will assist in resolving any issue with the transporter on behalf of the buyer.
• Any claims for transit damage or delays should be immediately reported to Millennium World's support team for assistance.

7. Returns and Replacement Policy

• Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the goods, along with an unboxing video and clear images.
• Claims made after 24 hours or without proof will not be accepted.
• Once verified, replacement or refund will be processed at the discretion of Millennium World.
• No return will be accepted for used, printed, or partially consumed items.

8. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made before dispatch unless credit terms are approved in writing.
• Prices include GST unless mentioned otherwise. Any change in government taxes will be applicable at billing time.
• Orders with failed or incomplete payment may be cancelled automatically.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Millennium World's liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the buyer.
• Once goods are received by the buyer, Millennium World's responsibility ceases.

10. Intellectual Property

• All product photos, artwork, and content displayed on our website belong to Millennium World.
• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our images, logos, or content is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• Customer data is collected only for order processing, delivery, and communication.
• Millennium World does not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties except for logistics and payment purposes.

12. Force Majeure

Millennium World shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, accidents, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

• All sales and transactions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any legal disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
