1. Fast & Reliable Delivery Across India
- We dispatch all orders using multiple transport partners such as VRL, Navata, V Trans, TCI, Safe Express, and other regional carriers depending on your location.
- Ready-Stock Orders: Dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Transit Time: Generally 3–10 working days to reach your nearest transport hub.
- Custom Printed Orders: Require 5–15 days for printing and dispatch.
- We always select the best available transport option based on your location to ensure quick and safe delivery.
2. Transport Office Pickup – Customer Collects from Transport Hub
Most of our deliveries are done using the Transport Hub Pickup System.
- Your goods will be delivered to the nearest transport office in your city/town.
- You can collect the shipment directly from the transport office.
- This ensures cheaper delivery charges and faster delivery for customers.
- This method is widely preferred by restaurants, bakeries, sweet shops, and wholesale buyers.
3. Door Delivery (Optional Service)
Door delivery is available only in locations supported by the transport partner.
Door Delivery Charges
- The door delivery charges displayed during checkout are approximate.
- Actual charges depend on your location and the transport provider.
- If the actual cost is higher, we will contact you to pay the balance.
- If the actual cost is lower, we will refund the extra amount collected from you.
- This ensures 100% transparency in delivery pricing.
4. Shipping Updates & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive the LR Number / Tracking Number via WhatsApp or SMS.
- You may track your shipment directly from the respective transport company's website.
- A soft copy of the invoice will be shared digitally.
- Every shipment also includes a hardcopy invoice inside the package.
5. Delivery Charges
Shipping charges depend on:
- Transport company chosen
- Weight & volume of goods
- Distance & destination city
- Door delivery request (if applicable)
During checkout, customers can view the available shipping options along with the estimated delivery charges.
We always choose the most affordable and efficient transport method for your area.
6. Delay or Damage During Transit
We pack all products securely to prevent damage. However:
- If the package is damaged, torn, or tampered with, please do NOT accept the delivery.
- Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the transport company.
- Delays caused by weather, strikes, or transport congestion will be informed to you via your registered mobile number or WhatsApp.
7. Variation in Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary based on:
- Transport partner holidays / non-working Sundays
- Remote or interior locations
- Product availability
- High-volume or custom-printed orders
- Local transport delays
